When we hit roadblocks like switching up the flooring (hardwood to tile) or a backordered backsplash, they handled these bumps with ease and helped us feel confident that things were on track and quality was never compromised. The project timeline, even with the unanticipated snags, was relatively quick!

Jessa became good friends with our dog who supervised every step of the remodel from the other side of a gate. We were worried about navigating this project with our pets but we had no issues whatsoever thanks to Crafted’s leadership.
