Dedicated to Quality and Precision

Pre-Construction

Before we ever pick up a tool, we want to make sure we’re on the same page. That means having a clear understanding of your goals and making sure you have a clear picture of the cost and schedule.

The pre-construction phase is all about conversation, collaboration, and planning. We’ll talk through what you want and what you need,

During this phase, we’ll talk through what you want, answer questions about layout, functionality, selections, and building materials. We can explore different design options and even provide elevations or renderings to help you visualize your renovation and make confident decisions.

At the end of this process you’ll be able to decide whether to move into construction with clarity—not just about what your project will look like, but what it will feel like to work with us. Investing time upfront sets your project up for success with fewer surprises, smoother construction, and real savings in both time and cost once work begins.

Depending on the scope of your project, this is also when we’ll bring in trusted designers, architects, engineers, and any specialty subcontractors needed to move things forward.

Building Preparation

Once you’re ready to move ahead, it typically takes about 4–6 weeks to prepare for construction.

During this time, we secure permits, solidify schedules, order selections and materials, and get everything lined up for a smooth start.

We will be in contact as we progress to our start date but this period is a time for us both to prepare for the work ahead!

Construction

Clear communication is a priority for us. You’ll have access to a client portal where we regularly share updates on progress, budget, and schedule.

We send weekly updates so that you know what will be happening in/around your home and discuss any issues that may come up along the way. Your project director will always be available to answer questions or address concerns.

We approach every project as if we were working on our own home—prioritizing quality craftsmanship while keeping your budget and timeline top of mind.
