What is an ADU?
An ADU, or accessory dwelling unit, is a self contained secondary living unit on a property that already has a (primary) home. Sometimes called a casita, pool house, or mother in law suite, they can be either attached to your home or completely separate. Our team has hands-on experience building ADUs from the ground up, converting existing garages, and creating efficient, beautifully designed tiny homes.
We’ll help you understand what’s possible for your property, guiding you through local building codes and zoning requirements while considering the unique features of your lot. From early planning to final construction, we’re here to make the process clear and stress-free.
